Help!

We often get inquiries from people who are struggling with their alarm and ask for our help. They are often out of area, and are never going to be customers, but we try and help where we can.
Often all we can do is point them in the direction of the SSAIB page where they can search for a local reliable company to help.

We don’t hear from most people again, some are even very rude and quite affronted when we can’t fix their alarm via email…..but every now and then we get a lovely response. It makes it all worthwhile!

We recommend the SSAIB as all registered firms undergo rigorous inspections. All of their employees are vetted and police checked to make sure they are suitable for working in the security industry. The SSAIB inspect the quality of workmanship and the office organisation.
