    We recommend a service once a year to keep everything running smoothly.

    Plus we are available in-between services offering support and repairs.

    Number of services per annum:

    • Systems will be inspected once a year (more frequent servicing is available, just ask us).

    The following checks will be made during a maintenance visit:

    • Visual inspection of installation & location of all equipment against the specification
    • Visual check of the installation for mechanical damage & wear (including flexible connections)
    • Satisfactory operation of door locks/magnets, both latching and releasing
    • Satisfactory release of door locks on operation of Egress Buttons
    • Satisfactory release of door locks on operation of Emergency Break glass
    • Satisfactory operation of automatic door closers
    • Correct operation of power and standby supplies inc batteries
    • Operating system (where required)
    • Time & date setting (where required)
    • Operation of any warning device e.g. door held open buzzer

    Exclusions from cover:

    • Accidental or malicious damage
    • Customer error or misuse
    • Fire, flood or storm
    • Electrical loss or surge
    • 3rd party telephone/mobile communication issues
    • Extra work (e.g. moving detectors for decorators)
